Welcome to Quick Repair Co. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Appointments

We provide appliance repair services. Appointments are subject to availability. We strive to arrive within the scheduled window, but delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen job complications.

2. Pricing & Payment

We operate on a flat-rate pricing model. You will be provided with a quote for the repair after diagnosis. The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with the repair. Once you approve the estimate, we collect a deposit that covers the diagnostic work performed and the parts needed for your repair. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.

3. Cancellations & Deposits

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge before an estimate is approved. If you cancel the repair after approving the estimate, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the diagnostic work already performed and parts ordered specifically for your repair.

4. Warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for the specific repair performed. This warranty does not cover new issues or other parts of the appliance.

5. Liability

Quick Repair Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number — through the booking form on this website, by phone, or in person — you consent to receive transactional and customer-care text messages (SMS) from Quick Repair Co related to your service request. These include appointment confirmations and reminders, repair and parts status updates, estimates and invoices (including secure links), and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
